Schools consistently use a team approach in preparing for emergency events. Schools are also engaged or looking for ways to address student issues, such as teasing, bullying, and other disruptive behaviors. These behaviors and other behaviors of disrespect create many problems for schools.  We know that youth who feel a connection and bond with their school engage in more pro-social behaviors and do better academically.
